Wow! This contemporary romance tugged at my heartstrings…quite literally. The hero and heroine are both med students working their way to becoming heart surgeons. The love story starts out with a bang…or rather with spray paint. I wanted to cry over and over again as the four chambers of my heart were put through a workout as the two characters balked at love each time they reunited. This story took place over a lot of years…so there was a lot of heartache and misery to wade through waiting for them to get their hearts in sync so they could see each other for who they really were. I really loved it. My heart got pulled all over the place, but so did Andra’s and Everet’s (So I guess we’re even). This was another story in the Matchmaker series, but it’s a stand-alone book. The only tying factor is the Matchmaker who pops into each story no matter time or place. She’s wonderful in this one. I highly recommend this story! It’s one I’ll reread in the future.Product details

Andra and Everett are two people that belong together, but have a very hard time figuring it out. I love that there's someone that keeps bringing them back together. Miss Pearl rocks! I love that it's clean with no swearing.
Falling in love three times --- with the same woman, got a little tedious at times. Why did I keep reading? It was part of their story. It wasn't boring, but as a reader we can relate to Miss Pearl's wanting to shake some sense in them. The upbringing of the H and h helped with my patience too. Well done.
Again we visit a book written in the Power of the Matchmaker. Again I LOVED it. All of the stories have been superior. Sure it takes a long time for things to be right between the two stars of the book, however the wait is well worth it.
I love this Matchmaker series ... all of the books have been very fun , romantic and just good reading ... on to the next book ..

I loved this story. I was quickly pulled into the story and into the lives of Sandra and Everett. Their struggles and family relationships throughout the book are sometimes heart wrenching. I loved watching them reconnect every time they met up after being separated for a time. Definitely waiting for Julie's next book.
Another darling installment in the "Power of the Matchmaker" series, Four Chambers is a sweet, romantic story of boy meets girl, girl freaks out, boy meets same girl, boy blows it, boy meets same girl and craziness ensues and finally boy meets same girl & they live happily ever after.
Liberally sprinkled with Miss Pearl & a red rope of fate, this story is a delightful place to rest your brain for a few hours.
Highly recommend!
This might be my favorite so far! I loved this book. I loved the unexpected. I loved the heart metaphors or analogies. I love the goofy grin I have on my face while I read this and all the books thus far in the Matchmaker series. I am a happy reader. I paid for this book and it was worth every single cent!
